Before launching Hudson House, Shawn built and operated Heleus Network, a decentralized IoT infrastructure company based in Vancouver, BC. He personally installed and managed over 40 live network locations across Vancouver, Calgary, Edmonton, Victoria, and the BC Interior.
His background spans large-scale deployment, network optimization, site acquisition, and partnership development—expertise now applied to helping U.S. businesses unlock passive revenue from their existing Wi-Fi.

David originally founded Hudson House as a successful Airbnb property management company, overseeing 20+ residential and commercial properties. His background in operations, systems management, and multi-site logistics brought crucial structural discipline to the business.
In 2022, Shawn and David joined forces to expand into CBRS-based decentralized networks across California, quickly scaling to more than 30 live locations.
When the CBRS ecosystem was phased out, the company pivoted to the next evolution of wireless connectivity: carrier offload via decentralized Wi-Fi.
